Mass Storage Controller

The Mass Storage Controller has two purposes. Once built, powered and connected to a Mass Storage, you can simply scan it, and you'll be presented with the contents of the attached Mass Storage.

Once researched and unlocked, the Mass Storage I/O port will only function on Mass Storage setups with a powered and attached Mass Storage Controller.
